We set up scaffolding, remove damaged structures, and build a new, hurricane-resistant framework.
6 - Sign-off
After construction, we conduct a final inspection and sign off the project, ensuring all standards are met.

Cost & Payment Plans
At DGP Investments, we are committed to providing fair, affordable, and trustworthy service. Our clear and detailed cost estimates are tailored to the size of your roof and the extent of the repairs needed. Our costs can be covered either by government funding or paid upfront by the resident.

With the standard option, the government covers costs after approval. Residents submit our estimate to the Resource Centre, but project work begins only after the funds are released, which may take several weeks to months depending on government processing times.

For quicker project initiation, residents can pay upfront and then submit receipts to the government for reimbursement. Please note, we cannot influence the reimbursement timeline or guarantee the amount reimbursed.
